Aveley Junior Football Club EOY Presentations

Good afternoon everyone,

The club needs your support! Please confirm your availability to help with the Presentations this saturday. We'll need to coordiante parking, wrist bands, raffle tickets, food/drink/lollies/cupcakes, presentations and of course having fun with the kids. We have 576 confirmed ticket sales so it is set to be a big day.  

The Bouncy Castles will be setting up from 1130 and we'll have access to the additional community room from 1145. Pizzas will begin to arrive from 1310 and we'll have a coffee van AND ice cream van in location from 1300.

Glenn will be at the clubrooms from 1030, and if you can come down early that would be brilliant. Otherwise can you please be there by 12pm at the latest to help setup.
