Aveley Junior Football Club - End of Season Windup 2016

The Aveley Junior Football Club will hold its Trophy Presentation and Annual End of Season windup at the Cuddly Animal Farm in Henley Brook on Saturday 20th August 2016. To secure your spot, please book tickets here. Please use the additional Info Field to specify which group your child(ren) is part of (i.e Year 1, 2, PP, Junior).

The club will cover the cost of 2 adults and up to 4 children (providing they are immediate family). Additional tickets can be purchased for $5 per person to cover catering costs (entry fee to the Cuddly Animal Farm will not be passed on). Payment will be taken on the 20th August 2016 at the entrance.

Ticket sales close on Wednesday 17th August at 7pm, and for catering purposes no bookings will be accepted after this date. 

The presentations will be done by group at specific timeslots:

1. Pre-Primary  – 09:30-10:30
2. Year 1          – 10:30-11:30
3. Year 2          – 11:30-12:30
4. Juniors         – 12:30-13:30

The times indicated above are designated for medal presentations and food distribution, and will be adhered to.  However, please feel free to stay outside of these times, and enjoy the activities at the Cuddly Animal Farm.

If you are able to volunteer on the day to assist with drinks, cooking food, handing out tickets upon arrival or raffle ticket sales, please contact Batya Eaton (treasurer@aveleyfootballclub.com.au).
